Sometimes in transit the wheel bearing can get knocked out of the pushchair frame. The wheel bearing is used to connect the front wheel of your pushchair to the pushchair frame. It may have dropped out of the pushchair frame when the product was delivered to you.
It is very easy to fix; simply put the pushchair on its back and you will see if it is missing in the area where the front wheel clicks into the frame. Simply push it into the hole and it will click into place.
